- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst customer service in the industry. Every time I go here the clerks are rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the Highlands Ranch location does not take change. They want you to drive all the way to the Castle Rock location in order to put change into your account. So, if you are saddled with a nice chunk of change you are SOL. It is unbelievable that these people have ONE job, and that is to take your money. They can't even handle that ONE job. If I were the manger of the Highlands Ranch location I would fire all the current staff and hire people who actually know what customer service means. If Google allowed reviews to have negative stars, I would go less than zero.By J A, June 04, 2017
