  I was a long time Allstate customer with multiple policies. Recently they changed the way they rate auto policies. My premiums increased significantly and I decided to shop around. I've now left Allstate after 3 decades. All their competitors were were 25-35% lower. I'm saving a bundle and with better coverages. I would not recommend this agent either. She was never in or unavailable. Michelle did try to assist me with a roof claim but I had to prompt her with emails to get involved. When I decided not to renew my policies she didn't even call me. Terrible personal/customer relation skills. Only redeeming quality about this office is Noel. I've had 5 agents in 30 years with Allstate. Unfortunately, this one was the worst.
